    Prepare for a graphics package: boinc-app-seti-graphics
    
    TODO:
    1. More test and documents.
    2. Remove some obvious duplicates (README.Debian, postinst/prerm, ...).
    3. Use dpkg-divert so boinc-app-seti-graphics can depend on boinc-app-seti
    for the command line program.
