[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#358986: libboost-doc: missing CSS file

The HTML documentation directory is missing a file called common.css in
/usr/share/doc/libboost-doc/HTML/more/css_0/. It is included by front.css. I
downloaded this file from boost.org and the documentation looks a whole lot
better.
