[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#457654: ptr_vector in libboost-dev-1.34 require boost-serialization

When trying to compile program which uses boost::ptr_vector, compilation failes
with following error:

This header is contained in libboost-serialization1.34.1 and it's
installation solves
problem.
