[pkg-boost-devel] New boost version

You may have noticed that I just uploaded 1.34.1-6 and wondered why I
didn't wait for -5 to go through to testing. The answer is that -5
didn't build on ARM -- it triggered an internal compiler error. In my
experience such ICE's take weeks to resolve, so I figured it wouldn't
hurt to sneak in GCC 4.3 fixes before we get too many more such bug
reports.
