We have bug fixes in Boost SVN that we'd like to upload, e.g. #461236.
However, we know that Boost is tied up in the ICU transition so we
hesitate to upload without checking first.

According to the "more excuses" page for boost [1], updating icu makes
62 depending and 112 non-depending packages uninstallable. I reckon
that will take more than 10 days to be cleared up, so a new upload of
boost shouldn't delay things further. Is that reasonable? If not,
what do you suggest?

Thanks,
-Steve
