[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#471284: docs not registered with doc-base

Hi, the boost docs are not registered with doc-base, which makes it
more difficult to access the docs.

I think they used to be registered.  Did a
debian/libboost-doc.doc-base file go missing during some upgrade?
