[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#517406: libboost1.37-dev: libboost1.37-doc should be in Suggests

Can you set libboost1.37-doc to "Suggests:"?
Every time I use apt-get build-dep it downloads libboost1.37-doc as
well, which is a quite large package (35,812.4 kB).
