[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#695826: libboost1.49-dev: unable to compile applicatios using boost_thread

PS: libboost-dev currently depends on libboost1.49-dev and I do not know when
the transition to Boost 1.53 will be done. The necessity to fix each package
affected by this bug looks weird.
