[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#798021: Boost numeric ublas storage.hpp has bug and doesn't work with GCC5

Package: libboost1.58-dev
Version: 1.58.0+dfsg-3 

Using libboost trying to compile ompl I have fount that the package doesn't 
compile in unstable.

This bug is known by upstream (ompl) [1] and is similar that another with 
patch from upstream (boost)[2]. However, [2] is applied to the debian package 
but still fails because is not complete.

With this trivial patch proposed by upstream, the bug is solved. Please, could 
you apply it?
