[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#844268: libboost1.62-doc doesn't contain the actual documentation

OK, it wasn't only javascript; also some basic HTML.

If I re-enable the doc packages and build, lintian spews dozens of
errors of three kinds: privacy-breach-logo, privacy-breach-generic,
privacy-breach-uses-embedded-file.
