[Pkg-cas-maintainers] Updated 1.0.1 version of phpCAS package, now including DFSG-free contents, needs testing

FYI, I've been working on http://www.ja-sig.org/issues/browse/PHPCAS-25
and now, phpCAS may be close to a state where there would be no longer
any need for domxml-php4-to-php5.php at all... ;-)

Still this may need more testing from others before it comes to any new
release of PhpCAS.
