Since they are mentioned in the documentation of Catalyst-5.33, I 
suppose all of them constitute an indivisible part of the catalyst 
release. How about all in this list?

Just FYI, I am particularly interested in 
Catalyst::Helper::Controller::Scaffold (not in this list!) and 
Catalyst::Helper::Plugin::Session::FastMmap (which depends on 
Cache::FastMmap that is not in sarge).
