[Pkg-catalyst-maintainers] Bug#402272: /usr/share/perl5/HTML/Tagset.pm: isBodyElement incorrectly documented as isBodyMarkup

HTML::Tagset includes a hash isBodyElement, but the POD documentation
(and thus the manpage) calls it isBodyMarkup.

This was very confusing.
