[Pkg-catalyst-maintainers] RFC: new version of Catalyst

Starting from 5.70 Catalyst will be splitted in CPAN into two modules:
Catalyst::Runtime and Catalyst::Devel:

So we have some possibilites:

1) create libcatalyst-devel-perl, libcatalyst-runtime-perl and leave
libcatalyst-perl as meta package

2) create libcatalyst-devel-perl, libcatalyst-runtime-perl and drop
libcatalyst-perl from debian

3) put Catalyst::Runtime into libcatalyst-perl and change some
description, create libcatalyst-devel-perl

4) put Catalyst::Runtime into libcatalyst-perl and Catalyst::Devel into
libcatalyst-modules-perl

5)?

In my opinion 4 option is the best: Catalyst::Runtime provide
Catalyst.pm and man page for Catalyst, it fits in libcatalyst-perl
package, Catalyst::Devel would be probably in Task::Catalyst so it fit
in libcatalyst-modules-perl and moreover we avoid delays with new queue
in debian.
