Thanks for packaging Catalyst, it's much appreciated, I am just having
a first attempt at using it for a real project.

The synopsis of the documentation I see when I do "perldoc Catalyst"
is misleading, in one bit it says:

 # add models, views, controllers
 script/myapp_create.pl model Database DBIC::SchemaLoader dbi:SQLite:/path/to/db

I think it is possibly rather out-of-date as the myapp_create.pl
appears to need more command line arguments now and putting
"DBIC::SchemaLoader" just causes an error. Looking at
Catalyst::Manual::Intro suggests that it should actually be along the
lines of this:

 script/myapp_create.pl model Database DBIC::Schema MySchema create=static 'dbi:SQLite:/path/to/db'
