[Pkg-catalyst-maintainers] Bug#536286: please add Catalyst::Plugin::Authentication::Credential::OpenID

If I'm reading the module layout properly, this package is a catch-all for
small Catalyst modules that aren't included in the main Catalyst
distribution.  If I'm right about that, could you add:

    Catalyst::Plugin::Authentication::Credential::OpenID

to the package?

Let me know if I should be filing an RFP instead.
