[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#607173: gcc should be explicitly stated in build dependency and be versioned

After googling i saw

and a few similar posts, which suggested this error would go away with 
more recent gcc. However gcc is not mentioned in the build dependencies, 
let alone versioned.
