[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#580681: chromium-browser: space bar doesn't work in forms

Following up:

* Still happens with sid's current version 5.0.375.38~r46659-2

* I've found out that the issue disappears when I comment out
  gtk-key-theme-name = "Emacs"
  from my ~/.gtkrc-2.0

  Commenting out the line
  class "GtkTextView" binding "gtk-emacs-text-view"
  in the Emacs theme seems to do the trick.

I'm not sure whose bug it is, but Chrome/Chromium is the only browser
I have this kind of problem with.
