Hi,

As http://bugs.debian.org/581650 explains, if chromium is set as
default browser and no desktop environment is in use, currently
chromium will try to use itself to open mailto: links.

xdg-email provides a way around that, by setting the $BROWSER
variable or looking at .muttrc.  Could chromium use it?
