I tried http://www.uni-muenster.de/Jura.itm/hoeren/material/Skript/Skript_Maerz2008.pdf
(from http://crbug.com/54487 ) with chromium 7.0.544.0~r61416-1 and
the PDF just downloads right away, no attempted plugin.

Any hints for reproducing this?
