[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#597073: chromium-browser: Images are inappropriately upscaled

Ah - it seems that image scaling is a site-wide setting, with all the images
from imgur scaled using the same scaling forever, once I scaled one of them.

I had not figured that out. Thanks for the tip :). Whether it is a bug, you
can decide.
