The following works--and doesn't break the browser's preferred
application detection, to boot!
Note that in order to get gnome-default-applications-properties to
enable the radio buttons for new window/tab, you have to change
netscape-remote to true. This option doesn't seem to be documented
though, so I don't know if it will have any other effects...
