[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#595476: Some tabs just spin forever, and those URLs can never be loaded without restarting the browser

Hello,

I am sorry this bug report is not very precise, but it is a very
annoying issue that I haven't managed to pinpoint in a deterministic
way.

Sometimes, chromium decides that it does not want to load a URL. In such
cases, loading at some point is interrupted (either at the beginning or
halfway through the page) and the tab just hangs with the spinning thing
spinning forever. Sometimes I get the kill page prompt, sometimes I
don't.

All the other tabs work fine, but if I try to open a new tab with the
URL that hangs, the new tab will also hang. Killing the tab and
reloading it also won't work.

I tend to have moderately large chromium sessions. I can easily
reproduce this behaviour by quitting chromium and restarting it, with a
session with something like 3 windows with 10 tabs each. Some of the
tabs will hang.

This is rather irritating, as it means I need to keep a backup browser
in case I need those hung pages. Luckily, copypasting the URL from
chromium still works.
