[Pkg-chromium-maint] Chromium 16 package

Hi,

I've prepared a chromium 16 package for unstable (and the newer gyp
package that was needed for that).  See:
http://alioth.debian.org/~gilbert-guest/unstable

A patch for chromium is attached and I'm ready to push the changes to
git if it looks ok.  Let me know if you want me to do that.  I'll need
a sponsor for the upload.  I would also like to add myself to the
uploaders if thats ok.
