[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#629505: No documentation how to use chromium-inspector

One uses it by clicking the "wrench" icon, choosing "Tools", and then
"Developer Tools".  You can also right-click on any part of a page and
choose "Inspect element" to get information about that element.

Would you be interested in writing a README.Debian for inclusion
in the chromium-inspector package?  I would be happy to see such a
thing.
