[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#619351: chromium-browser: No data received in 6 seconds even with --enable-extension-timeline-api flag AKA no speed tracer

I can't seem to make the Speed Tracer plugin as downloaded from here:

.. today. I feel this may be a Debian or at least chromium-specific
problem so I am also reporting this here, but the main bug report is
filed upstream as:

http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=77123

Basically, even with --enable-extension-timeline-api I get the warning
that there's "no data received in 6 seconds" and that I need to restart
chromium.
