[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#644219: chromium-browser: fails to install extensions

Chromium has links in the interface (e.g. wrench->tools->extensions)
that link to Google's Chrome (not chromium) extension/app store.

That site is specifically against working with chromium and refuses to
work without complex workarounds.

It's very confusing to understand why such link have not simply been
removed as it does not add any feature to the user, just confusion.

In the current state of things, the fix I think is the most useful to
users, is to link the "get new extensions" link to a debian.com page
explaining the workaround needed to use the google extension store,
and also listing extension purveyours that do not actively block
chromium.

i know that even iceweasel links to firefox's add ons site, but firefox
addons site does not block iceweasel.
