[Pkg-chromium-maint] Need help with FTBFS in chromium 19 and 20

No problem :) These things are better described in patch form anyways.
With the patch applied, I still needed to disable pulseaudio, disable
warnings as errors, and remove the "compare" test in order to get the
package created.
Also, the package created was pretty broken - the area surrounding the
location bar was all red.  Looks like there's a lot of work yet to be
done...
