[Pkg-chromium-maint] security issues in chromium and access to upstream issues

Hi Chris!

the libv8 Debian maintainer (Jérémy Lal <kapouer at melix.org>) , cced,
asked me an access to some libv8 security bugs.

Could you grant him permission for the following bugs please?
