[Pkg-chromium-maint] Introduction

Hello Debian Chromium packaging team,

I would like to introduce myself to the team.

I'm Howard Chan, a Kubuntu member (and Kubuntu Developer applicant) and I
have just got my first package (zbackup) sponsored into Debian NEW queue. I
have ample experience in packaging in Kubuntu.

I would like to have an active role within the Chromium packaging team,
since I'm a Chromium user.
