[Pkg-chromium-maint] jessie development, and keeping wheezy supportable

Hi,

I was wondering if we should have a conversation on a plan for
chromium development for jessie, while keeping it maintainable for
wheezy?

My thinking is that only new upstreams with minimal changes should be
uploaded to sid until we get close to the jessie freeze. That way the
wheezy and jessie/sid packages continue to have very little
differences, making it easier to do the security backports for wheezy.

That would "force" all real development to experimental for quite a while.

So, what do people think?

Best wishes,
Mike
