[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#723616: gyp command does not work. needs python-pkg-resources

Dear Maintainer,

When exectute gyp commands, I got errer message following:

$ gyp 
Traceback (most recent call last):
	 File "/usr/bin/gyp", line 5, in <module>
	 from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
----

gyp requires python-pkg-resources.
Please add python-pkg-resources to Depends.
