[Pkg-chromium-maint] Source tarball for Chromium

Hi,

I am looking at creating a Debian package for Dart (
https://www.dartlang.org/). As we are using gyp to generate makefiles for
Dart just as Chromium is I figured looking at the Chromium package would be
a good start. One thing I have not figured is where the source tarball
originates from - are they just the tarballs created by the Chromium build
process or are you creating them from you own Chromium checkout?
