[Pkg-chromium-maint] Packaging latest stable release of chromium for ARM

Good day,

I'm looking into repackaging chromium for ARM with the latest stable chrome
release.

I've done quite a bit of work googling but am finding it quite complicated
given the requirements for cross compilation as well as packaging and
dependency packaging.  Is there some documentation available or someone who
may be able to assist me with this?
