[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#751956: Bug#751956: chromium-browser: Upgrading chromium-browser to 35.0.1916.153-1~deb7u1 broke java and flash plugins

That's a duplicate of #751587, install pepper flash and it should work
again.
