[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#747307: Chromium 34 security update .deb is truncated

The .deb file is supposedly 49913404 bytes but downloading stops at
32071837. I have tried various mirrors and the same thing happens. This
problem continues after several days. Packages chromium-inspector and
chromium-browser are not truncated.
