[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#748867: Bug#748867: patch: Let's fix this by adding APIKEY

Im very lost. Is there a patch already posted for the 64bit architechture and 
if yes, how do i apply it. if not, what kind of delay are we looking at to 
know if I go back to 7.7 or not
