[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#748867: Missing API keys, some features of chromium are disabled in Chromium 38.0.2125.101-2

My previous bug [1] has been merged into this bug...the lack of API makes
this browser unusable(google hangouts not work also video real-time
WebRTC...when this bug will be fixed? or I will be forced to switch to
google browser or firefox
