[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#794818: chromium icon displays poorly in gnome 3 favourites launcher

Dear Maintainer,

Affects jessie / stretch / sid

Icon file appears of lower quality and shows poorly in Gnome 3 overview favourites launcher

    /usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/chromium.xpm

Removing the file and rebuilding the icon cache makes things appear nicely.

    gtk-update-icon-cache  /usr/share/icons/hicolor

I saw there was a previous bug last year when icons were removed, was this one replaced incorrectly?
