[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#807973: chromium-browser: 1 GB of sourceless binaries in the source package

Dear Maintainer,

in this version, the source package includes about 1 GB of binaries
in the native_client/toolchain subdirectory.
Apparently no sources for them are included, only references in:
native_client/toolchain_build/toolchain_build.py

The DFSG #2 requires source code to be present. Since these binaries
are hopefully not used during build, please strip them from the tarball.
