[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#786940: chromium: Upgrading chromium to testing needs to have chromium-testing of the same version.

I was trying to upgrade to chromium stretch and this is what happened :-

While I do submit that possibly there might be virtually no differences between the two chromium versions, as far as chromium-inspector is concerned the absence of the same in the new version is not explained in the changelog https://tracker.debian.org/news/685937
