Upgraded chromium from 49.0.2623.108-1

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Opened up vimeo.com, or file:// {...}.m4v also does the trick
Tried this also with a blank user profile.

An "aw snap" page, and this:
