[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#835614: chromium: HiDPI handling no longer works

Previous versions of Chromium rendered correctly on high DPI displays.
Since the most recent upgrade this support appears to have been removed
or at least become non-functional - everything in the display is
rendered without reference to the high pixel density.
