[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#848029: chromium: v55 security upgrade broke Pulseaudio support on jessie

I also lost audio support in a recent upgrade.

A few restarts later, it seems to have returned, but it may just be
because PA released the audio card and chromium is talking directly to
ALSA.

It is unclear to me how Chromium decides to talk to which audio device
- there are no settings about this that i can find.

I believe the upgrade which triggered this bug is:
