[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#814988: chromium: build for armhf

Hello,

chromium builds for armhf on other distributions so there should not be
anything fundamental in the sources preventing an armhf build on
Debian.

I see that armhf was once enabled and then disabled in changelog.

Can you reenable buildidng for armhf?
