[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#809720: chromium: window.speechSynthesis.getVoices() always return an empty array

In the console, try
window.speechSynthesis.getVoices()

It always return an empty array.
Is this caused by upstream chromium voices not being embedded in
the debian package ?
