[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#811435: mailto: url handler stopped working after removal of cache files

Dear Maintainer,

My settings are:

$ xdg-settings get default-url-scheme-handler mailto
mutt.desktop

and those settings did not change.

I have removed cache, browsing data, extensions, and so on. But mailto:
stopped working. It was working like a charm today morning. Now not.

If I run chromium from command line, I see that lynx is run, and I was
thinking maybe because my $BROWSER was 'lynx' so I changed it to
'chromium' -- nothing changed, mailto is not working.

I need help really. As I am using it every day many times, to contact my
clients from CRM database.

My desktop environment is IceWm. I have another URL view handler that is
working like charm, and launching mutt to see conversation of people. So
it is just about settings, but I don't know where.

There is nothing in Settings -> Handlers in Chromium, I did not change
it since morning.
