[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#823186: chromium: fixed in 51.0.2704.63-1~deb8u1

I can verify that it is fixed in 51.0.2704.63-1~deb8u1, but still broken in
51.0.2704.63-2 on an i386 system.

My test website is https://calendar.google.com/  (I saw similar results on 
https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/, but didn't test as carefully there).

My test:
I upgraded to 50.0.2661.94-1 through normal means the other day.
Notice calendar.google.com crashes today.
Noted that console outputted permission errors when trying to adjust OOM
limits on chromium-render process.

Try various things with adblock, incognito mode, refresh, restart browser
(did not reboot OS).

Saw recommendation to upgrade.
Installed 51.0.2704.63-1~deb8u1, saw problem go away. (Noted console output did
not report OOM adjustment errors, but did report two version incompatibilites
in .cache/chromium/Default/).

Installed 51.0.2704.63-2, saw problem return (I don't think OOM was reported,
but I don't remember).

Reinstalled 51.0.2704.63-1~deb8u1, problem is gone.

Reinstalled 50.0.2661.94-1, saw problem return.

Reinstalled 51.0.2704.63-1~deb8u1, problem is gone.
