Package: chromium
Version: 58.0.3029.68-1
Severity: normal
Hello,
there is a problem with Chromium on Debian and Ankama Zendesk system.
When you complete registration to their Zendesk and log in with your
email and password the tab just freezes.
It did not work even with version 57 of Chrome which broke extensions so
I guess it's safe to say extensions have nothing to do with it.
It works with Google Chrome 57 on same machine.
To test this you can go to https://support.ankama.com/hc/en-us press
"Sign In" button, go to "Sign Up" link, enter an email address, once you
get confirmation e-mail set a password using the link you received.
Then in any other browser I tried I can log in with that e-mail and
password combination but in Chrome on Debian the tab with Zendesk just
freezes after pressing the "Sign In" button with correct e-mail and
password combination.
I can use Google Chrome as a workaround but I guess it would be nice to
track down and fix this. I have no idea if this affects other Zendesk
installations.
Thanks
Michal
