[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#855434: chromium: Invalid SSL connection failure

For some sites, namely google.com, Chromium will fail to connect with
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR ( $SITE sent an invalid response ). Some sites will
still work over SSL, I am not sure what is the differentiator between these.
The site works fine on chrome so it is not the site itself or a MITM or
similar.
